Blocking abusive visitors from the chat agent app
Most of live chat agents face flood and abuse in chat sooner or later. Our new chat agent app version allows agents protect themselves by blocking abusive visitors' IPs.
- A new 'Block this visitor by IP' button added to the chat toolbar
- Chat agent can add the reason for blocking the particular IP
- Once the IP is blocked, it is blocked for the whole account
- The list of blocked IPs is available via menu Tools / Blocked IPs. Any agent can look for an IP there and unblock it if needed
